I applied online. I had a phone screen within a week of applying and also scheduled an interview with the director for the following week. I was told they wanted to move quickly, and I was excited. The interview with the director needed to be rescheduled due to weather conditions and power outages on both ends and that was communicated with the person recruiting for the position. I received a response to provide additional dates and times to interview and did so. I never received a reply for an opportunity to finally have the interview. I followed up multiple times and eventually asked if the position had been filled. Still no response. Awful candidate experience.
