The interview process included an AI screening round in mid-May followed by a technical interview on 3 June. The technical discussion was positive and well-conducted. However, the overall process was quite slow, with no communication for over a week after the technical round before receiving the final decision. More timely updates from the HR team would significantly improve the candidate experience.
