Nadia reached out to me via LinkedIn and the whole process was an absolute dream. The role was explained in detail, I was provided with lots of useful information before the interview, I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and the interview was relaxed and transparent.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clarion (Leeds, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
I was looked after initially by Daniel at the front of house who made me feel very welcome and looked after. My interview was then held in person by the Manager of the team I would be working in accompanied by another member of the team. The interval was fairly informal and went through all my attributes and expectations. I completed a typing test, the set up was explained to me and I was given ample time to complete the test. The interviewers were very friendly and provided me with accurate descriptions of Clarion and also answered all the questions I had about the role and the firm.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clarion (Leeds, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Positive experience from start to finish. Informal coffee initially to explore the opportunity, followed by two interviews. One with the head of team and a colleague and the other with the head of team and another senior colleague. Both interviews felt like interviews but definitely two way, giving me the chance to ask questions. It felt very human and honest, like they really wanted to know about me as an individual including my motivations, and also what I had done before and could bring to the team. Prompt feedback and great communication at each stage from the Head of Team.
