Interview
The process took too long - they took twice as long as their estimated 24-48 hrs. for initial contact and by the end I thought that the company was a complete SCAM; they revoked my onboarding quiz and falsely accused me of "unprofessionalism and not paying attention to details" for asking questions with simple answers that were not readily available as claimed. Just Ludicrous. Refusing to be helpful and making false accusations. . . IT'S A SCAM. I couldn't reach them by phone - busy signal. Yet this Co. is renowned on "Work From Home Happiness" - Yeah Right!

Question 1
They asked me to magically know how to log into a website that I didn't have an admin. password for to begin onboarding and thought that me asking what the computer requirements for live training sessions was meant that I didn't pay attention to details. It wasn't in the job description, nor was there an instruction manual.

Actually, there are no interview questions. You just have to do a skills test and they test your accuracy and attention to detail. Also, knowledge in Google Calendar and Gmail is a must.
