Civil Aviation Department interview questions

You have to finish computer assessment for two rounds. These parts are easy and do not need to prepare. In final interview, You will experience individual interview and group assessment. You need to study information on the website.

This was back in 2019. 1st step: Aptitude test, where they test your task management, spatial orientation and numerical skills 2nd step: Group discussion and logic test 3rd step: Half-day assessment centre, where they test you further on task management, short term memory and English proficiency. There was a simulated ATC scenario assessment to see if you can work under pressure and come up with safe solutions.
