I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CityFibre (Telford, England) in Jul 2023
Interview
A bit slow, but overall good. It was only slow due to the summer holidays I might add. I was approached for the role, and it was a very clear and open process, apart from the slow part. There were 3 stages: 1. With the hiring manager and a member of the team 2. With the head of departments 3. Technical question Overall, the people were nice, friendly, and accommodating. Having dyslexia sometimes I don't fully understand a question, they accommodated this and explained it in another way to allow me to understand the question.
