The interview took place over the phone and lasted about one hour. Questions were case based and asked me to place myself in certain situations and how I would solve the issue.

I filled out the online application then I got an email, scheduling a phone interview. It lasted for almost an hour I want to say. Then I heard back within a week that I got the job. I didn't meet anyone in person until registration day, which is when they collect your identification pretty much.

Easy questions and an easy process. They are trying to figure out if you have a growth mindset, are empathetic, and can take feedback. You don't need experience with kids to get accepted they are looking for someone who is teachable.

We discussed what could be expected in the day-to-day work life of a student success coach as well as the expectations of the position. We then talked about nest steps.
