The interview is a long one. It took probably about half an hour. You really should prepare for this one. She types down your answers onto a laptop. The questions are typical ones, like what makes you fit for the role, unfit, etc.

What about your personality do you think would make you struggle in this position?
Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
