They will want a written application, the if you pass that you are scheduled for a phone interview, then you receive an email with their decision. You are to choose a city on the online application that you wish to serve in. Make sure to prepare notes about City Year and your past work experience fitting into their culture and model.

Question 1
How will you maintain a healthy mindset throughout the year?
Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
