I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at City Year (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was very easy! It was an hour long phone interview. All the questions were relatively easy, and with little prep, everyone should be fine. I would just recommend knowing about the City Year values and have a few in mind when answering questions.

I filled out the online application then I got an email, scheduling a phone interview. It lasted for almost an hour I want to say. Then I heard back within a week that I got the job. I didn't meet anyone in person until registration day, which is when they collect your identification pretty much.
