The interview process was a blast and I was greatly assisted by my recruiter, Scott Hardy. The interview was divided into separate phone and video calls with the Director and the team. Everyone asked me questions related to the field and the role for the position. Plus, they asked me question scenarios I may have come across of or if I were put into. Also, I've had the privilege to personally know the team and their roles for Citizens. It was a fun experience!
