Question 1
-give an example of when you worked well in a team.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens Advice Bureau (Cardiff, Wales) in May 2026
Interview
With less than 45 mins notice was asked to come in an hour earlier than scheduled. The decision was made before I got there, the panel clearly didn’t want to interview me. They were rushing me out. Seemed completely disinterested. Huge red flag - I asked what is the biggest challenge for someone going into the role - Deputy CEO advised there are none. Everyone is wonderful and having a great time yet during my presentation HR rep asked how I had changed culture in my existing role and how successful was my strategy. The board member mumbled the entire way through. Not once called me by my name. Generic email to say unsuccessful yet no feedback allowed. Questions weren’t relevant to the job spec.
