Interview
First, you take a written exam, mostly program tracing - line/s of code are given and you select a choice based on the question. And part two is about SQL server queries.
Next, you take a hands-on exam in which you will create a program (.NET - VB or C#) where you will show CRUD operations to be performed in a database.

For Fresh grads, just like any other company, you will undergo hr's examination for their reference.
You will then proceed to the IT dept for technical examinations.
Part 1: Sql Examination and basic Programming concepts
if you passed, part 2: Make an application using you specified language (vb.net or c#.net) related to part 1.
