Started with phone interview, failed it so was not asked back. Trader called me, very noisy in the background so could not hear him well. Was also given a couple tests to complete before the interview.

Online interview with behavioural and probability questions. The interviewers were very friendly and made the process comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and felt fair in both structure and difficulty.
