I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citadel (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2020
Interview
A round of easy phone interview, followed by onsite interview in Chicago. The flight, the hotel, and a debit card for other expenses were great. Interview processes were normal, two rounds of technical interviews in the morning, had lunch with the hiring manager, followed by 3 more rounds of interviews in the afternoon, one of those were behavioral questions only. The interviewer was typing down my responses all the time.
