I did online assessment first, then there was site interview, which has an individual session and group session. the site interview is from morning til afternoon, with some breaks for lunch etc

they rejected me for false reasons. first they gave me a project and I delivered. then they just rejected it with no valid reason. I believe they do interviews as a formality but they already know who they want to hire.
