Initially I got a call from the HR after they were interested in my Resume in Monster. Got a face to face interview on technical aspects about Software Testing and the questions were mostly related to what I had put in my Resume. First round - Technical (Taken by any Engineer from the hiring project, who is free at that time). Second round - Manager round with some non technical questions just to check your personality and your work ethics Overall process took 2 weeks.
