The subsequent interview with the hiring manager, however, was challenging due to significant communication difficulties. Limited English proficiency made it hard to understand questions clearly, which affected the overall quality of the discussion. I would advise the company to review its interviewers and ensure they can conduct effective, clear technical interviews. Improving this aspect would create a much better experience for candidates and help attract strong engineering talent.
