Went through a recruiter. Not recommended if you can. But it probably got me an interview better than I would have on my own. Hard to negotiate salary. I was able to do so but there wasn't a lot of wiggle room. Ending up declining the job due to the extensive travel needed with no compensation for it (OT). You would probably get a lot of experience in this position if you want to get into machine controls.
