Interview questions were a mix of stats, machine learning and gen ai. Question of sql , python and numpy was asked. Past Project discussion and all, interviewer was supportive. Good

Met with a recruiter and then moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. Honestly, one of the weirdest interviews ever. His questions made no sense - it was like he came up with them on the spot (an example: write a SQL query out loud with words based on a couple tables he tried to describe verbally). When I asked him a few questions at the end and finished it off with asking him if there’s anything else he’d like to ask me, he literally laughed at me! I was actually so caught off guard that I didn’t know what to do. I dismissed myself from the hiring process right after that, not sure if I would have moved on, but given his reaction I’d assume not!

Interview was easy, it was set of 1 python, 1 ML, 1 visualisation, 2-3 sql questions. The questions is shared during interview and interviewer ask to solve it on shared screen.
