There is no written exam. They’ll be checking the technica knowledge about the job
Three round n case study One tech, one director level and one hr round Ques - on resume, prev company, work, project etc Director in normal behavior type ques and some what about prev role, experience n conversation type interview
4 round was there. Regional round, Zonal round, final HR round and document verification process. You have to clear all the rounds to get selected at Cipla. Each and every round is very crucial. Excellent English communication skill is needed and should have good knowledge of science. Science Graduates are mostly preferred.
