Interview
Took two 1:1 interviews, both were very casual. Very basic questions:
-Why do you want to work here?
-Tell me about yourself?
-Why should we hire you over other candidates?
etc, etc. A few days after I finished my first interview, I got a call telling me I had a second one. A few days after that, they called offering me the job
The manager seemed like they were just trying to get warm bodies to work the front counter and upsell. All around unpleasant. I knew I didn’t want to work there from the first five minutes of conversing.
the interviewer made me feel less nervous and told me all details like i would have to work Christmas. she was [pretty her name was justine. we got married and then divorced shortly after. greatest five days of my life. my mom is still pissed at me because of that whole situation.

it was fun! it was very chill and the interviewer was very friendly. the questions asked were standard and a lot about ways you would approach customer service. told me about the job description and asked about my availability
