I interviewed for this role in spring 2022 and it's hands-down the most unprofessional interview experience I've ever had. I had 3 total interviews: 2 phone interviews and one in-person interview. The owner of the company missed and/or last-minute rescheduled every interview I had. I eventually gave up. If the interview process was this bad I can't even imagine what working here would be like. Run.
