I came in, had a talk with the director about what they were looking for in an employee and how the center's philosophy worked. Then I went into the classroom and worked with the children for about an hour. A few days later, I got a call that they wanted to hire me.

Interview
In person interview. The interview process was simple. I was interviewed by a woman and was given the job a week or so later. She asked different questions related to early childhood development and the constructivist theory. I thought the interview was pretty straight forward and simple. It was like a conversation, i didn't feel any pressure. The job wants to make sure you are age appropriate.
