I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ciklum in Apr 2018
Interview
I am describing the interview for an specific client: Addison Global.
The process looks to have 3 steps (HR interview, Technical task and technical interview). That's apparently reasonable. The task is not hard, but it takes some hours if you want to deliver something of quality. The trouble is that if you think that pass those task is a good stuff, you are wrong. No comment or feedback about it in the technical interview.
In that interview they looked to haven't guidelines because the questions came from my answers or comments. One of the guys that interviewed me, made some non-related questions about the position and once I had explained something he asked more deep things about that. It finished with a question about create a blog. It took 2 hours.
The impression you got with this people is that your answers doesn't matter anything. A few days after the interview they said me that I am not the right person to fit the position. What means that exactly???
The time lapses between steps are very long, as you can take more than 1 month to finish the process.
Ciklum as outsourcing company only have a 5%-10% of impact in the process.
Thank you for investing your time in our interview process and in sharing your feedback about it. We find it really valuable. We will review our process as there is definitely room for improvement in "the giving feedback area".
