The process took around 2+ months. It was was completely unorganized and unprofessional. The job description changes in between and there was around 2-3 weeks gap between each stage. There was a phone interview, followed by recording 3 set questions, then 1 hour interview, followed by 3.5 hour assessment, then a Hogans personality test with another 2 hour interview. I was also asked to provide a reference before an offer was made (5 page questionnaire to my current employer), which I was told was a part of the process but before my referee even got back to them I got a call saying they went with someone else.
