Applied online, a week later was invited to complete video interview. Was three questions that were quite easy/straight forward to answer. Was then called and invited to the next stage which was an in person interview at the London office. Met with two people from HR, first had to complete a 20min written test about attention to detail, interview was then mainly competency based questions. Was then invited for another interview with two other members of the HR team, interview was much more difficult, focusing on employment relations. Called a few days later as hadn't heard anything back and they informed me I was unsuccessful. Overall an efficient interview/application process, HR were nice.
