Christian Reformed Church interview questions

Series of two interviews. First with a small team and then with an expanded group. It was straight forward and relatively quick in response times. Overall it seemed fair and adequate.

After submitting a resume, you will receive an e-mail that leads to an approximately 30 minute long zoom call. During the call, there were many people from various staffs as well as the ones whom you will have a direct relationship through the work performed. They asked many questions in regards to personal, spiritual, and practical. Then, you're given a time to ask them any questions.
