The ChowNow interview process was thorough and provided a clear overview of company values, expectations, and role specific responsibilities. While the questions were a little more challenging than I have experienced at other companies, I believe they were truly interested in having a deep understanding of me as a candidate. The interview process took about two weeks and involved three phases: a phone interview with the recruiter, a manager phone interview, and an in person conflict resolution focused interview. I was impressed with the quality of the ChowNow interview process and feel it was a fair way for both myself and the interviewers to assess my fit at the company.
