Interview
Home coding challenge building REST apis followed by 1 hour coding challenge implementing Conway's game of life followed by Design interview on , among others, how to poll customer's REST api's given a constraint of how much you can poll weekly.
The feedback given by the end of the process was detailed except the feedback on the failed interview which was the last one.
It was not entirely clear why the suggested design was not accepted. Another issue was, that the interview was done by a single person and such was solely dependant on one person, which is not recommended when asking open questions such as design questions.
It is unfortunate that this was done in such a way at the end of a lengthy and very energy consuming process.

Interview
Making a career or company change is nerve wracking, and stressful, but Nick makes anyone he works with feel so at ease! He has the ability to make anyone going through the process feel so comfortable and listened to; he's extremely patient and takes the time to answer every single question you may have (even the really tiny and specific ones!), and if he doesn't know the answer, will connect you with the person who does!
He will never "ghost" you on a conversation, and makes sure to check in after every interview to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with any deliverables or follow up. He gives actionable and constructive feedback, and ensures you're as prepared as possible going into every step of the hiring process.
The interview process was simple, and moved quickly -- about 3.5 weeks total from initial interview to receipt of offer.
Stages:
- Phone screen with recruiter
- Interview with team manager (Head of Success)
- Individual interviews with team members (Enterprise CSM , Corporate CSM, and sales team member)
- Panel presentation with Head of Success, Enterprise CSM, Corporate CSM or other team member

Interview
Very well thought out and engaging. You meet with several members from the manager, individual contributor and director level first. Then, you complete an exercise to show your presentation skillset.
