I was short listed for the telephonic interview by the recruiter after I applied online for a job I found online. The first round of telephonic interview was technical and involved detailed discussion on my current work and my technical skills. The second round was a face to face interview with a panel where I had to present a case study and recommend an architecture/design of a complex business problem. The next round was a face to face interview with the hiring manager involving HR questions and my team dynamics...Over all the whole experience was tough but given me great insights into the day to day problems faced by the company...
