Interviewed here back in December, and received little to no contact from the recruiter. Sent several emails looking for clarification, and was given radio silence throughout the process. Had two positive interviews, and didn't hear back for a month. Followed up respectfully with HM and Recruiter, post-holidays and didn't receive a response for weeks. Finally received an automatic rejection email at 3:00 AM. Feels unprofessional, and disrespectful - but something that happens with most companies these days. When will we start to value the people we're interviewing as human beings? Feedback is a pivotal part of any process, a generic "your qualifications didn't align" feels and IS insincere. Makes me wonder how the company is as a whole.
