A new process development of coal-based directed reduction process. A new process to reduce the carbon dioxide emission and to use low grades of coals and iron ores. The interview process includes three stages: documentary review, presentation, and interview with senior managers.

How do I develop a new steel making process in a chemical engineer but not a steel engineer?
They hold a recruitment once a year normally . The recruitment has two tests,first one is paper exam which includes professional and English subjects.Only about 1/10 of the applicants can enter the second one which is an interview,the interview supervisors are composed HR,your future line managers .
