Interview
The interview consisted of two technical tasks and then general questions afterwards.
The first technical task was to review the emergency brake report sheet to identify possible causes of the event (equipment faults, human error, etc.).
The second task was identifying a fault path by reviewing electrical drawings.

Interview is in two stages:
First one is a scheduled virtual video conversation with two member of staff. Once you pass this stage, they send you internal dataset which you would analyse and you would be scheduled for a physical face to face interview with your potential line manager and other member of staff.

Interview
I was hired via a recruitment company. This involved sharing my CV and then having two rounds of interviews. The first stage was via Teams, with the second one being face-to-face. They were quite brief (c30 mins each) but within quick succession (less than a week in between).

The questions were fairly basic and mostly around my CV and how my experience relates to the role. They wanted to know why I was interested in this particular role. They also gave an honest assessment of the team and the challenges/opportunities facing the company.
