I sat in the front waiting area for 3 minutes or less, it was fairly prompt for a childcare center -and the director turned out to be very hands on. The interview was short, maybe 5-8 minutes. I don’t remember the questions exactly but I would imagine they were short staff -did turn out to have a high turn over rate, and I was probably overqualified for the position. I was offered a job on the spot and set my schedule then I believe.

Simple, introduced and multiple questions about yourself, your experience with children. Then they give you a tour of the facility. Some interviews if going well they ask to see how you do with the children and have you go into the classroom for 10 minutes.
