Hello and thank you for your feedback. We have a set process for our interviews and introduction to the position applied for. Depending on the role applied for and the conversations had between our management staff and the interviewee it may be one, two or even three separate meetings. Each meeting going over more details and allowing time for both parties to get to know each other better. We want to make sure that it is a beneficial move for both parties, of course.
