Chicago Apartment Finders interview questions

The interview was basically a social event. Top picks were invited to attend an "open house" to mingle with other potential recruits, office staff, and to learn more about what the position entailed. They watch to see how well you socialize to see if you're a good fit.

The interview was non-existent, really. I applied and a few days later I believe I received a phone call from their recruiter who explained everything to me and told me I had the job already after I asked her what the next steps would be.
