Had an initial phone screen call with recruiting. Then invited to pne round with an HRBP, then one round with the HR Manager. Then received a formal offer from recruiting.
Interview was brief, asked about past experience and why I was looking for a new employer. Asked about compensation desired. I thought it went well, but then got an email that I was going forward
Applied through their website. I was contacted via email by a recruiter, it took 3 weeks of me giving them my availability to finally get a phone interview scheduled. The recruiter did not call me on the agreed upon time, I did not have a phone number to call them but did follow up through email to see about rescheduling, never got a response. I then received a call on completely random day and time and was unable to answer. Not even five minutes later I received an email saying they were no longer interested. So the recruiter couldn’t get the times correct and because of that I lost out on a potential great career.
Excellent interview process. I interviewed with a Manager , Associate Director and a Director. They were awesome and easy to talk to. They sent me their principles and asked which one was most important to me
