Telephone initially for interview. Then face too face for the next interview. Very professional and polite. I thought it was very easy and no issues. We reviewed policies and submission process againnst the remaining community guidlenes. before we helped publish it.

I applied online and emailed my resume to them. They emailed me back a day later asking me to answer a few generic questions via email, which I did. Another day or two passed and they emailed me again asking me to come in for an in-person interview. It was fragmented, unprofessional, and rushed. They interview dozens of people daily due to the high turnaround here. It seemed to me like the person doing my interview was either really tired, uninterested, or some combination of the both. He was nice, bust sort of just checked out.
