Chesapeake Bay Foundation interview questions

Conducted an introductory Zoom interview with the hiring manager within the department. Interview lasted about a 1/2 hour. Interviewer was stern and focused more on himself initially before beginning questions. Interviewer did not acknowlege my immediate followup email thanking him for time and consideration. Department response came one month later.

I first had a screening interview that was pretty basic and not out of the ordinary. It went well and I was offered a group interview. That was a good way to get to know the org as there were folks from many different departments. It seemed to go well and I was optimistic. After that, nothing. I got totally ghosted despite my thank you email and a follow up about a week later.
