Phone screen followed up by an in-person interview with a small panel of Operations staff with a tour of the factory floor. Human resources reached out to me about a week later with a follow up.
The interview process was pretty easy. I talked to 3 different people, one at a time, and the questions were mainly behavioral with only a couple of technical questions that were not difficult as well.

Interview
Sit down interview, followed by walk through. They call you first typically reach out a week later. You meet HR and then they sit you down with their supervisor. It’s pretty straight forward , very easy if you’re prepared, better to over dress than under.
