I interviewed with a BD manager that was looking for a PM to fill a potential contract position. It was a fairly quick and easy process. She was nice and upfront about position not being a good fit. It was nice to have closure before the end of the call so I wasn’t sitting around waiting to hear back on whether they would like to move forward with my candidacy which I appreciate.
