I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chengbao (Hong Kong) in Oct 2018
Interview
HR and the team lead were nice. Team lead offered guidance and correct answers during the technical interview.
Process:
1. HR phone screen (behavioural and background questions)
2. phone technical interview with a team lead

Question 1
How does hash table work? What is the time complexity of it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chengbao in Jan 2020
Interview
First of all, the HR and hiring manager were nice and polite, so big brownie points. However, the interview process was extensive and labor-intensive. I think you should be prepared to invest quite a bit of time and effort into the application with a 50/50 chance of no offer.
I applied online, started with an assessment test (required 1-2 hours), then 2 interviews with HR and hiring manager (roughly an hour each), and another assessment (required up to 4 hours), and that's as far as I go, where I perhaps spent over 8 hours in the process. The HR also mentioned there could be 1-2 more rounds if I'd passed the second assessment...seems quite insane for a position at my level. (non-managerial).The field standard in our profession probably involved 1-2 interviews (sometimes a panel interview, or 1-2 rounds brief interviews, aka 45mins or less, on the same day) and perhaps one assignment/presentation/writing test.
