I applied online via ChenMed and a recruiter reached out to me. Extremely disheartening experience. After five weeks of interviewing (Recruiter, HR, On Site, HR) and time never being made by the individual (Regional Director) that I was supposed to actually interview with, I was told that there were two individuals in the final interview stage and one of them would be chosen over me. This was only after sending multiple follow up emails to the Recruiter. After my fourth interview with a gentleman (HR) who was quite impolite and uninterested, I’m just happy that I decided to continue interviewing elsewhere. My time was of zero value to this organization. I feel like I’ve just wasted over a month of my time. Only to have to beg for an update. I was also given conflicting information about the company from four different individuals during the interview process. It was very odd to be told completely different things from a group of people all working together. Even more so when the information given was quite foreboding.
