You will need to take a written test and then interview with the CTO. The written test is composed of server, networking and storage questions. You should know the common ports, AD/exchange, BES, DNS, cisco hardware, HP servers and SAN storage. The interview process with the CTO is your typical "what was your role/responsibility at this company". He will also ask you some troubleshooting questions to test your troubleshooting knowledge.
