I had an initial call with the recruiter, who provided a clear overview of the role and the interview process. This was followed by a first-round interview and then two additional conversations with other team members, spread out over several days. In total, I spoke with four people. Unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback or communication regarding next steps whether I was still being considered or not. While the conversations themselves were constructive, the lack of follow-up was disappointing and left the process feeling incomplete.
