Interview
I had three rounds, first with the Director - Customer Support, the second with a Senior Training Head, and the final round with the CEO.
I was initially contacted by a Team Lead after applying and gave an assessment, post which interviews were lined up.
The experience was completely hassle-free, all company personnel were great to talk to, appreciated my individual work experience, engaged in healthy and productive conversation and truly valued the candidate (me in this case).
All were avid and patient listeners, eager to understand overall career achievements, and the CEO engaged in a deeper discussion over expectations from this role. Things are very transparent here, which could be understood from initial discussions itself.
They promised to revert soon and practically did so well within discussed timelines. They quickly rolled out an offer after my candidature was finalized.
Overall, great experience!

Mine was a functional role so no technical questions (obviously!)
