It was a two interview process - one in person and another online. Appeared to be a poorly planned process. Explanation of the benefits was different to those listed in the ad.

A strange process which seemed adhoc and poorly planned. The questions sometimes seemed unrelated to the role. Straight forward with simplistic questions and a friendly approach. Lack of transparency with working patterns, progression and benefits.
