Chattem Chemicals interview questions

I met with the hiring director and lab manager. They were really nice. It was not formal at all, so that threw me for a loop. They just wanted to talk and get a sense of you as a person. Then, they walk you around the lab to see how familiar you are with the equipment, and to see if it is an environment you are comfortable working in. Then, they give you a test of chemistry and safety questions to assess your knowledge.
