The company had good reviews and after my research I felt that the culture was aligned with what I wanted in a company. The interview process was tiresome. I had ALOT of interviews! The first was the preliminary with HR via telephone. Then I interviewed with another HR rep in person. I then interviewed with the COO. I was then called back for another interview with the CEO. He even gave me a tour of the place. I thought they had made a decision when HR called and set up another interview with the Director of Sales via telephone. If that wasn't enough, I was called in again for another interview with the Director of Community Operations AND I met with yet another HR rep and interviewed. By this time, I wasn't even sure I wanted the job. My management experience told me that there must be some serious communication issues from within. They couldn't make up their minds OR they had no idea what they were doing. Either way, HR validated my suspicions when they called and told me that instead of hiring me right away, they will interview and hire a Head of Sales first and have he/she interview me again sometime in the future. OMG! Too much. Mentally, I had already lost interest. Good luck to whoever got this job.
